Hot, achey & red face every PM

I'm starting to wonder what is going on.. This is my 5th episode of getting to around 2/3pm & being hit by feeling hot, & achey especially in my head, shoulder area. My face is visibly quite pink. Temp usually 37.5-37.8. I literally feel like I'm 'coming down with something' but within 2-3 hours it goes. I do eat (way too much) sugary food but it doesn't fit the Diabetes profile. I have a Doctors app booked. It's not Covid. Anyone ever experienced anything similar?

Saying that, today it kicked off at 4:30pm & still going. So weird.

It sounds like it could be Rosacea. Google it. But basically it starts out with this type of flushing and could become more and more often until you are always pink or red in the face....It can be triggered by some foods. And for some people too much sugar or wine etc....its so difficult because everyone has different triggers.

Thanks @Mamabear12 I did have a Google but it doesn't explain the rise in body temp to almost 38 degrees. Thank you though.
