Itchy boobs while breastfeeding

So I'm 8 months into breastfeeding and recently I noticed my sons skin is cracked on the side of his mouth, I almost thought it was a cold sore, when I searched it up it came up with angular cheilitis and it looked exactly like it, it's healed a little but still there, since about yesterday or day before, my nipples and even the inside of my breasts feel very itchy whenever I'm feeding, it's a horrible feeling and I'm thinking it might be a thrush infection but there's nothing on the outside of the nipples. Just want some advice on how to get rid of it at home? It's quite hard for me to get to the gp at the moment

Could be thrush, yes. Do you get a deep stabbing feeling after feeding too?

Any redness on your breast?

I’d call la leche league too.

No I don't get that feeling, no redness either, there's no pain, just itch
