Confused over covid rules and isolation

Partner had positive lateral flow. Mine was negative. We all have had PCR tests and waiting for results. I took another lateral flow last night and negative. Can I go to work today? Tried googling guidelines and nothing is mentioned with family members and lateral flows. Many thanks

If you are in England and double vaccinated then yes, you can go to work.

If you are in England and double vaccinated then yes, you can go to work.

If you took the PCR test simply because you are in contact with your partner - you don't need to isolate.

If you took the PCR test because you have symptoms yourself - you DO need to isolate while waiting for the result, and then continue to isolate if positive.
