I'm guessing I have an ear infection. Started with a blocked feeling a few hours ago and now intense pain in 1 ear all the way to my jaw. Cannot sleep just want to cry. Laid here with a hot water bottle over ear but providing no relief and also taken ibuprofen. Any suggestions for what may help relieve the pain enough in order to get some sleep till I can call doctors in morning?
