Chelitis on lips?

Does anyone else get chelitis around their lips that looks almost like lip liner? But super sore...
I get this EVERY winter and I've never actually asked anyone about it, I assume because of the weather changes but it never ends up going again until the weather picks up...it's so strange.
Anyone else get this? How can I treat it?

Yes I do! It’s so painful. If it’s really bad I use a very low hydrocortisone for a couple of days and that does help.

Lasinoh nipple balm applied heavily every night seems to stop it when it starts. And the regular Nivea blue tube is the best lip balm I’ve found for it.

Just googled it - never knew it was called that. Agree lansinoh is a godsend. Loads of balms have lanolin in but other additions that might irritate/you might be allergic to, so good just to stick to pure lanolin.
