All I can say is keep an eye on them.
I used to sunbathe with no protection and am probably paying for it now. Moles can change so quickly so the best way is to photograph them at intervals. It’s easier now using an iPad as you can compare them.
Even the tiniest mole can change. Having been for a further excision today and facing another soon I cannot stress how important it is to keep a watch on them or ask someone else to. Anything you are unsure of take a photo and send to your Dr.
