I have the worst cold ever!

I have the worst cold I have ever had! I've slept on and off since Monday and the sneezing! Well, I'm surprised my brain hasn't been sneezed out!

Anyway to the point, does anyone have any helpful recommendations that may help! I'm going to need shares in Kleenex if this goes on any longer.

Have you had a PCR test yet? Delta strain exhibits cold like symptoms- runny nose, sneezing and 'cold like' symptoms. You may not get a fever, continuous cough and loss or taste/smell with delta, or not till down the line.

If you have tested, try breathing in a bowl of steam or sitting in a bathroom with the shower on to help clear your nose. Get the softest, balsam tissues you can find. Use vaseline or barrier cream around your nostrils to stop them chaffing.

I'm waiting for pcr results as I log with the Zoe app and it asked me to test, although I recently had a positive antibody test so would be surprised if it was covid.

You sound like me. I started feeling unwell on Monday, nothing but a cold and quite sleepy. Had symptoms of tonsillitis yesterday, did a Lateral Flow and turns out it's Coronavirus.
Hope it doesn't get any worse for you.

I have a revolting cold too. Cannot stop sneezing, nose is streaming and head is so muzzy.
Feel dreadful.

I feel your pain, but mine is mainly the worst sore throat coupled with sneezing and a runny nose. I’m only on day 3 and wondering if I’ve got tonsillitis. Really want to be better as this is miserable! I’m just having lots of fluids and painkillers. It’s not really doing much but I don’t think anything will.
