Does this look like alopecia?

I'm devastated my hair started falling out a few weeks ago quite drasticallyand now I have these patches I have quite thick hair so luckily it covers it if I keep my hair down, I was really poorly a few months ago and a lot of weight but also masses amount of stress over the course of the whole year really.

I had this it's not alopecia just thinning hair again after an illness and period of stress. I started taking a vitamin for hair, skin and nails, collagen supplements and eating probiotic foods, using a lot of hair oil and silk pillow, silk scrunchie, heat treating less and wearing it down more letting air dry etc. Plus no dry shampoo! Anyway, it has grown in much thicker now, but I am treating it more gently and not taking it for granted anymore.

It does look like alopecia to me (I have had it myself this year.) There is a very good Faceboom group called Alopecia UK where you can get lots of advice. If it was triggered by stress there is a good chance it will grow back rather than get worse.
