Can you not cover them to go to the nail bar?
There is no quick fix for warts

My DD had a wart on her foot, I blame the local swimming pool. Anyway I used the Bazuka Gel over a period of a month and got rid of it. You clean area. Apply gel preferably at bedtime let it dry. Then next evening, you use a Emory board nail file to gently file the dead layer away...throw away the nail file, wash area and your hands throughly, reapply the gel. It will slowly eat away the wart and it won’t come back. It is also painless and nonscarring.

I had tried the Scholls wart freeze remover, but it did not work on DDs wart.
