Stomach bug without vomiting?

Can you get a stomach bug with just abdominal cramps and aching, and diarrhoea but not vomiting?
I've always been sick with sickness bugs before but had something yesterday where I felt a bit off and stomach cramps and watery stools. I was expecting to vomit but it never happened and I just went to bed to try and sleep it off.
Just wondered if anyone had had a stomach bug without vomiting?

Yes, I have this weird thing where I can get a bug but it just makes me poo a lot but not diarrhoea, normal poo just more! It makes me feel sick though, as if I'm going to vomit. I had the same with morning sickness - I just needed to poo!

Yes. I am very rarely sick. Any bug I get tends to go south very quickly.
