Acupuncture

Has anyone tried acupuncture? I have tension in my necck and jaw. Getting headaches and facial pain! Im soo over it!!
Has anyone tried it and it worked ?
Also had ringing in my ears for a month now.

Not tired acupuncture but can relate to the tension in jaw and face 😩 There's a woman on YouTube who teaches massage for this kind of thing and I noticed the other day she had done one on TMJD. Don't know if that's what you have but might be worth a go:-

I m not take any acupuncture treatment. Because I don't like this treatment.
