Struggling with the cold what is this?

I've always had this but it got a lot better in the last few years but it's creeping back.

I struggle with the cold. It's not reynauds it isn't like that. It's like once I get cold I can't get warm again even with lots of layers or getting into bed with the electric blanket on. It will take hours for me to feel warm again but typically I will fall asleep.

I will fall asleep during the day if I cannot get warm - this happened quite often at school and in exam halls.

I've been out this evening to an event outside and am really struggling though I was well wrapped up. I was really struggling after the first hour though.

Feeling cold is physically painful for me though it's not fingers and toes like raynauds.

When I was pregnant both times it was much much worse. A slight breeze on my arm was excruciating. Both my babies were autism born and in the summers I couldn't wear short sleeves even wh we n it was really hot - too painful.

When my skin warms up it can feel like it's burning especially on my face which will stay red and patchy for hours.
I'm a healthy weight - about 10 stone which is heavy for me. I'm not unwell.

Does anyone recognise these symptoms?
