Potential pots or orthostatic hypotension?

So I'll start from the beginning, from august this year I've had everyday symptoms such as nearly fainting and palpitations was originally referred to ENT but then one doctor I spoke to said refer for a 24 holter monitor, I had fast spikes during this monitor reaching highest of 140.
Now I got myself a Fitbit to track this and see what's going on, I went to the shop yesterday and when I was stood in the que my heart rate was 122...I did an active stand test and I started at 63bpm and went up to 108 and stayed stable around the 90's to 100 mark, I believe that would be an increase of 30bpm however I could only do 6 mins as my symptoms were horrible.
I'm really hopeful for a diagnosis as I suffer with these symptoms everyday and just want to be told ok it's this and we can do this to help etc....
What does everyone think? I never go a day without my symptoms.
I will also add I have been referred to cardio but it's a case of waiting for my appointment to come through to then most likely be referred for a TTT.

Thank you - I'm aware it could also be a blood pressure problem too, just want my appointment and tests so I can know already :(
