Hi there so for this last year I had suffered with Arfid a food phobia which caused me too loose a lot of weight and then when I was kind of on the way out of getting over that I got covid and appetite was really non existent. I'm only 5.0/5,1, and weigh around 6 stone roughly atm but last December I weighed around 8 stone and that's where I felt my happiest and that's the end goal.
Since eating a lot more the last 3 months I haven't really noticed a difference at all I haven't gained any weight so I'm just trying to look into healthy food options so if any body has any tips, I will be honest I probably at the minute am only eating 1 full meal a day but just constant snacking so I think that's where I'm going wrong so any tips would be really appreciated!

I'm also trying to gain weight and my dietician said try to supplement meals with added olive oil, nut butters, cheese, honey if sweet dish, full fat cream etc. Apps like my fitness pal are great at seeing where you may be lacking the nutrients/calories. Also try to eat one more spoon of things at each meal to start with, maybe when you can manage try adding in an extra snack in evening. Avocado and peanut butters are great as nutritious and calorific even in small amounts. If your appetite is small, try to have 4 or 5 small meals rather than 3 big meals per day. Another idea is get Complan shakes from the pharmacy/supermarket and have that alongside the extra food intake.
