Gallbladder attack during pregnancy

Hi, so I'm 100% certain I'm having gallbladder attacks during pregnancy, and I'm desperate for help. How do you relieve the pain??

I feel constant burning on my right upper stomach/rib area - which gets 100 times worse after I've eaten, but the pain is always there

I've noticed when the pain is really bad that if I put my hand on it and put slight pressure it does relieve some of the pain, is there anything else I can do?

I did see my doctor on Friday, they were extremely unhelpful, and I've been close to calling 111 to advice when the pain got so bad this weekend, but I'm wanting to speak to my doctor again tomorrow to beg for further testing!

Any advice would be really helpful.

My symptoms have been

  • the pain I explained above
  • nausea (not pregnancy related)
  • dizziness / feeling faint
  • headaches

I've checked my blood pressure and that looks ok, higher than normal but nothing alarming.

Thanks in advance x
