Is there anyway at all I can improve my hearing without hearing aids? Please???

What do you mean?
If you've got hearing loss I can't see any other way!

No, I don't believe there is.
I couldn't get away with an NHS hearing aid (luckily I'm just deaf in one ear), but a CIC (completely in the ear canal) hearing aid has been amazing.
Maybe you need to look at all the options, if affordable to you x
