I've had a painful left shoulder for just over a week. Was literally driving and got a shooting pain in elbow and wrist then next day my shoulder started hurting around shoulder blade trapezius area. Its so painful. I booked a physio appointment who gave me a deep tissue massage (super painful and the physio send my left side was a lot more tense than right) it did help for a few days and felt marginally better. I've been taking ibuprofen and literally have a hot water bottle attached to my shoulder. Today I put a coat and jumper on and within 5 minutes of having my coat on it started to get really painful, pain in shoulder, elbow and wrist. It became less so when I removed coat. Any idea what it could be? Just to add doesn't actually hurt to move the arm or anything but I can no longer lay on my left side in bed as that aggravates it?
