So about 10days ago my gp gave me ear drops for ear infections in both ears.
They said the redness has gone down but my ears are still abit painful, pressure and poppj g and ringing still :(
Any advice please ? gp doesnt wanna do much due to to redness going! My ear fweel like they are so full. :(

Have you tried lying with your ear against a hot water bottle?

@Fluffycloudland77 im doing that now. So worried rhat the ringing will stay! Im only 26 and im having a mentql break down over it xx
