I'm hoping someone could offer some advice on my situation. I suffer bad with IBS and for the past couple of years tension/migraines but it's either one or the other never at the same time. These always come on a few days after my period ends and last until the day I ovulate. One month its IBS then the following the headaches. I have tried HRT and had to abruptly stop as it made my IBS so much worse. Throw in tinnitus and shoulder pain too. At my wits end. Does this happen to anyone else?? Thanks.

You are still having periods and on HRT? I was badly bullied at work, and developed IBS I was also working 3 full night shifts with a pre school DD so not having sleep afterwards
I was working 5 nights when the bullying started
Unfortunately he was my immediate boss
I learnt the food triggers, trial and error.couldnt afford to leave the job. Desided I needed to do something for ME,get some relaxation. I had 3 frozen shoulders at this point.i now have had tinnitus for 3 years solid following a virus. I was nursing, found so many people so much worse off made me greatful
3 years ago I lost the use of my hands, through arthritis and tenosynovitis. This was by far the worst thing I've ever had. I would sit on the bed when I woke up,not wanting to move, because going to the loo would cause great pain. I used to cry, felt so stupid when I went in a shop couldn't get the purse out. I had metal splints on my hand, people didn't bother to notice. Forced to buy ready cut veg, microwave meals. Had to get next door neighbour to do my boots and shoes up. My DH was at work then. They play up sometimes I rest them. I have a lot of people relying on me.

Oh that is horrendous. I'm so sorry you are going through that. Im still having regular periods but I don't get why all of this comes on AFTER my period ends. I was using the HRT patch but made my IBS 100 times worse. I used to have PCOS and after a scan they said everything was fine but I do think I do have done degree of it as I more or less have to pluck my chin every single day. I am 43.
