M5 Mammogram score definitely cancer?

I'm currently waiting for the results of a breast biopsy but the doctor seemed very negative following my mammogram and ultrasound. I've since had a copy of my clinical notes and it states that my mammogram score was M5. Following my googling it seems this can either mean definitely cancer or probably cancer, does anyone know the difference?
Also from the ultrasound the notes said T3 lump does anyone know what this means?Google seems to suggest a few different answers.

My advice would be to stop googling and instead chase up your results. Explain that you’ve got your notes, you have questions and need to speak to someone.
No point in telling you not to worry so instead focus your energy on what you can control. Thinking of you

@FlorenceNightshade thanks - my appointment is on Thursday so not too long before I get to actually speak with the doctor and get biopsy results. It's just driving me mad not actually knowing if it's 100% something to worry about.

T3 refers to the size of the lump, and that does not appear to have spread Into skin or chest wall and is not inflamed. It's a middling score.

M5 is strongly suggestive of malignancy, but you also need the P score (what it felt like on examination) and the B score (histology from biopsies)

So what it 'means' can't really be worked out from just the two scores you have

I really do echo what FlorenceNightshade said, and recommend you step away from Google now.

@scaevola thanks - no mention of any other scores so mainly just panicking over what comes up when I googled M5! Will try and leave it until Thursday now as I've got myself into a right state over it
