Ear ringing 😭

Can someone tell me a positive story?
So i had an ear infection about 13 days ago! They gave me ear drops (the pain has eased ) my ears still pop and have ringing in my left ear. I also have awful anxiety and my neck is sooo sore from tension not aure if its linked. Im so down over this that it will stay forever :( so stories that their ear ringing went away?

Sorry, my tinnitus started after a series of ear infections 8 years ago and has never gone away.

It takes some time, but you do learn to not focus on it. It is really loud right now because I am thinking of it, but I didnt notice it before I read your post. Difficult to explain.

Sorry yours didnt go :( its getting me sooo low! A couple of my friends had it for a month to 2 then it went! Im hoping im the same :( i miss the quiet!!!!!
Im not sure whether i should try dome sudafed as im feeling abit blocked up! Scared to take anything i case it makes it worse :( x
