Vaginal lumps

I have what I know is a bartholins cyst - keep having it lanced but always comes back and currently isn't causing any issues other than being unsightly.

Yesterday I found a hard pea sized lump on Labia minora on the opposite side . This is painful. It's pea sized and hard .

I am not in a relationship and haven't had sex for 2 years. (The lumps would put me off an new relationship now anyway )

Wtaf could this be ? It's hard , round and shiny- and new . This wasn't there last week . It's on the inner labia and very visible .

I'm so sick of this . I had a later term termination at ex partners insistence due to Down's syndrome and ever since it just feels like I'm being punished and can't embark on even thinking about a new relationship due to these issues .

I’m so sorry for what you have been through regarding your termination. Please know that you are not being punished. Flowers

The lump you describe sounds like a cyst, especially as it’s painful. Best to get it checked out by your GP or nurse. Hope it gets better soon. X

I'm just sick and tired of these issues . I feel ugly and untouchable now . Ex swanned off into sunset with a new partner within weeks of us splitting and he now has absolutely nothing to do with me even as friends .
I'm left here with unsightly lumps and bumps and cysts and where they are I can't help feel this is some kind of karmic punishment for my actions. And that decision was not easy for me and every fibre of my being screamed it wasn't right . I just couldn't face being a single mum to a downs baby at 45 . And that was the reality - my daughter would have helped but she was 21 and I couldn't let her take that on either .

I'm just so sick of this now . It does feel like punishment.

It could just be a spot. I sometimes get hard painful lumps on the labia and they just go after a week or so.

I think you would benefit from counselling for your feelings of guilt. Lumps and cysts are nothing to do with being punished. Sounds like you have some unresolved issues that counselling could help with.

I tried accessing counselling . Covid put paid to it . I function. I keep functioning. I work on my working days and I sleep on my days off.

You can get telephone or video counselling.
