Threadworms still alive 48 hours after taking Ovex

Hi everyone. 48 hours ago I took Ovex as discovered I had threadworms. 48 hours on and they're still alive.. how long does it take to work? Has it not worked? Help!!

It can take a few days as they get starved of sugars rather than killed immediately
