I've got a marble-sized lump in my groin (technically on my vulva/labia, but a finger width away from the join of leg to body). It seems to have phases of being more irritated/painful and swollen. Any ideas on the difference between a boil and a cyst? I don't think it's the right place for a Bartholin's cyst thank goodness but I'm concerned about it being infected.
