Heart palpertations 10 weeks postpartum

Hello all you lovelies,
From 20 weeks pregnant I had on off heart palpertations that would come and go all day most days then disappear then when I had my DD they went and now I’m 10weeks postpartum and over the last couple of days they have returned again… I have just recently had Terrible news that my mum has been diagnosed with kidney cancer could that shock of the news have triggered the heart palpertations off again along with the daily’s stresses of running around after 4 children xx

How is your diet? Taking vitamins? Pregnancy takes a huge toll on your body. Make sure you are eating the right foods and getting enough vitamins. Some deficiencies can cause issues with health. Also, some foods or drinks increase palpitations. See the GP of course to make sure. But also check that you are getting enough nutrients.
