Hi all,

I'm a 25 year old female. I would say for the last 6 years I've really struggled with fatigue but the last few months, it has gotten much worse. I have had blood tests done and nothing is showing up.

I am overweight but this began way before I became this weight and I'm struggling to lose weight because I have no energy whatsoever. I go to bed around 9pm and I will have a nap from 11-2.30 every day and I'm still so tired.

My house work doesn't get done, I can't do nice things with the kids. I'm really fed up of it now and I know if I had the money to go private, I would get answers but it's too expensive 😭 any advice?

Could this be chronic fatigue syndrome? It needs to be formally diagnosed to ensure that everything else has been ruled out. In the uk you can access nhs chronic fatigue services who are there to help you manage it as best you can and give you emotional support. Are you in the uk?
