Any tips for helping it go away quickly? I've tried sitz baths, more and less fibre. Cut out chocolate and caffeine. In so much pain I can barely walk.

Are you taking a stool softener? This is generally the key to healing a fissure, everything must be soft enough to pass without causing it to reopen. I sympathise as I’ve had them and they were agony! 😣

Ring the Dr's they can prescribe a stool softener and numbing cream.

You need diltiazem cream which is prescription only.
