Light spotting that started many hours after sex

Basically my partner and I have had 3 days off in a row, together for the first time in a while so as you can imagine we've been having some fun with that time.

The night before last we had sex twice with a couple hours gap in between and all was well. Last night we had sex once (we didn't do much foreplay for that one though so I was definitely a bit dryer and we used spit as lube lol), and everything was fine afterwards.

This morning I noticed a tiny bit of pink on my toilet paper, although it was so light I could barely tell what it was so I decided to wait and see if I got any more. Each time I've been to the loo since there has been, again, an almost miniscule amount of pink on the paper. However, just now, around 19 hours after sex, there was enough pink for me to confirm that I am spotting.

Anyone have any clue what this is? If it helps at all, I'm on CD10, following a mammoth 53 day cycle. I've been getting cramps all day but am nowhere near ovulating (I normally ovulate between CD17-19) and came off the combined pill on the 30th June this year :)

I think you know what it is? Or why all the all the info about the sex that you’ve just had?! Is this just a stealth brag?

@SweetBabyCheeses99 sorry, I didn't mean for it to sound like a brag. I just wanted to give the full picture! From what I've read online, bleeding after sex occurs within hours of sex taking place, and also finishes up within hours, which isn't what's happening here (seems to be getting heavier as time goes on). I included the previous times because somebody with more knowledge than I have might tell me that I've simply had too much sex in a short space of time, but because I don't actually know that for sure, it's hard to make that judgement alone, dyswim?
