The worst and heaviest cold I've ever had. Awful cough on my chest and pounding headaches. Over a week I've had this now. I have a toddler and a newborn so cannot get enough sleep to recover. I've done covid test lateral flow and negative. I feel like I'll never recover. Dramatic I know. I feel horrendous. What on earth can I do?
