Is this normal? Fingertips sticking to things

I cannot bear dry fingertips. It makes me cringe like cottonwool being pulled apart. DS has had a tummy bug so I’ve been washing my hands a lot more and they’ve become so dry I’m struggling to touch nappies and clothes. Anything that might feel like my fingertips are sticking to. It’s a horrendous feeling.

Is this a normal thing that other people can’t stand?

Oh no, I can’t bear this dither.
Extra fluids and a good hand cream for a few days.

Either

Oh also when my skin on my feet feels like Velcro and like it’s sticking to socks, tights, bedding etc

I have this exact feeling too! I hate taking dry clothes off the airer and have some microfibres clothes that make me absolutely cringe to touch. It's definitely much worse in winter when my hands get super dry. The pads of my fingers and thumbs turn to sandpaper and catch everything.

Omg yes!! I’ve just had to slather hand cream on in order to take the dry clothes off the clothes dryer. It’s awful! Same with the cloths, I bought some micro fibre hair towels but had to send them back because they stuck to my fingers Sad
