Cold and sore throat

Is there anything else I can take apart from paracetamol? Can I take strepsils sore throat and cough lozenges for a dry cough?

You can take them but doubt they’re help a cough. Very little does.

If you are able to take aspirin, soluble, make it up as shown, gargle with it then swallow,after food,so you don't wreck your gut. Honey/lemon,it's antiseptic.
