Period flu...

Anyone else suffer with period flu..? Everytime I’m due on I get flu symptoms and then they disappear as soon as my period starts 1/2 days later. It’s something different each time, last month was sore throat, this month it feels like the start of laryngitis, another time was sinus issues.
Please tell me I’m not the only one that experiences this?

I get this as well. Usually a sore throat and feeling run down. Not sure what it is, maybe low iron or something? Weird

Tired, run down and sometimes a scratchy throat.

I sometimes got clear bumps in my throat too

My hormones have been messed around with a lot lately but when I was having regular periods it happened almost every month.

Yes I get this, its handy as my periods are now irregular so gives me a heads up it's due and the second day of my period I have no energy at all and I just want to sleep. Only been like this the past few months, before this regular and no issues

Yes, I feel run down and sinusy for a couple of days prior.
