Hi, my dd came down with a sickness bug fri night which me and dh then had also over the weekend. Sickness only lasted a few hours but since then she has got another chest infection (third in about two months!)
It was the first time shes been sick since being very small. Thing is she hasn't really eaten anything since then and her milk intake is pretty low compared to normal.
Yesterday morning she ate two mouthfuls of scrammbled egg but that was it and so last night I tried her on some carrots etc which she normally loves, she took one mouthful, choked went red in the face and then was sick and wouldn't touch anything else.
This morning she did the same with some scrammbled egg, took one mouthful choked and was sick.
Took her to the drs this morning who gave antibiotics for chest infection and said it may be that she is just run down. Just wondered if anyone had had anything similar, it's very unlike her, she is not herself and it doesn't seem right that she is not eating at all let alone with the sickness.
