Clumsiness

Does anyone have days where they are just so clumsy? I am in a clumsy period at the moment, last three days I have hit my head multiple times, walked into door frames several times, dropped utensils when cooking and slipped on thin air. I'm covered in bruises! This happens to me from time to time and I just know not to attempt cooking as I'll hurt myself! This will then pass and then a few weeks/months later I'll have another spell like this? Is this normal?

I guess what I mean is - is something wrong with me?

Could be dyspraxia? Or do you have hearing loss?

I get this sometimes although mine is more like dropping things, text messages making no sense, and struggling to find the right words. Basically brain fog. But I can also walk into door frames etc. This is worse for me when I’m tired, anxious or have a lot of plates in the air

@hugocat I have wondered about dyspraxia but I didn't have any problems really as a child. Terrible handwriting but I was pretty good at sports etc. No hearing loss - acute hearing if anything!

@Louisethemum that sounds pretty similar! The walking into door frames is really annoying! I can only describe that as someone has moved the door frame haha. I whacked my face on the banister the other day - so painful!
