For the past few months my blood pressure is on average around 160 over 110, I'm not too sure if i should be worried or not.
It's practically impossible to get a doctors appt at the minute which is so frustrating.

Seems high, ask your pharmacist to check it. You could try to see a practice nurse or nurse practitioner as a starting point.

Pharmacy check is a good idea.

If that confirms your readings, then yes you need to be persistent and get a GP appointment

If your home readings are accurate, you are likely to need medicine to reduce it, plus make lifestyle changes

You need to press for aGP appointment as you need some investigations. You may need medication if it is like that all the time.

Yes, that is way too high. Your bp should be 120/80 or under (but above 90/60.

Things you can do to reduce BP fast - whole foods plant based diet or simply adding loads of veggies and fruits to your diet and less of the junk. Stop having caffeine, added salt and alcohol. Losing weight and exercise helps. Better to try and reduce naturally then depend on pills if you do not have to.

You definitely need a gp appt and the sooner the better. Do they have an online consultation form you can fill out if you can’t get through on the phone?
