Resting heartbeat suddenly increasing by the day

I'm 51, a little bit overweight and fairly inactive especially since WFH. Always had very low blood pressure. Had a heart stress test with a cardiologist in July using a bike and a second stress test using meds to check my ectopic beat too. I passed both with flying colours. Resting heart rate has been 61-63 for the last five years ( the time I've been tracking it). In the last two months it's suddenly started to creep up, and this week it has shot up to 74. In my work medical they told me my blood pressure was high too, this has never happened. In the last few months I've become very peri menopausal ( taking progesterone) moved house and husband left his job. Could all these contribute to the increase in heart rate? It seems such a big increase in a short time. Can I reduce it? I've been on the treadmill today as I read exercise can lower it, I felt fine but I'm concerned why it's increased so much. Anyone ever experienced this?

My heart rate has been significantly higher recently and I’m going through a lot of anxiety / stress. I’m being investigated because of lots of ectopic beats which are upsetting me, and I think the stress of this has meant my RHR has gone from 62-64 to 70 on some days just this week! I am 36
