Should I be worried about a lump?

Hi everyone,

I am 23. I went to the doctors a week ago today and they did a breast exam for another reason and the doctor said everything was fine no lumps etc.

I am now due on my period and my boobs are larger and painful but Ive also noticed a painful lump in my right breast that hurts when I press on it.

I was only looked over last week so Im trying not to worry and I know you can get lumps leading up to your period but I’m unsure if I need to worry or not or make another appointment? I have health anxiety.
