Hi, I felt a small lump under the skin in my right boob a few days (and had a slightly achey boob so thought maybe hormonal). Last night it started bleeding and was a lot more swollen, turned really dark and was really painful but today it's back to just aching and although it's still dark it's gone down a lot and just feels like a bump under the skin again. Considering it's gone down do you think it's likely just a spot or something and would you wait a week or so to see if it disappears or book an appointment first thing Monday? Just for a bit of background I'm young (22) and have no history of breast cancer or anything in my family
