Hi,
After 2 chest pain incidents in the last year, in which I went to A+E and was told probably stress of moving house, I was referred to cardiology. I have had an ecg (the ones in the hospital were fine), and an ultrasound on my heart ( I can't remember the correct name). Today I got the results that said the ecg showed an abnormal inferior wall but as the ultrasound came back normal, it's likely the result of my weight. I feel just awful, and not sure what this means. I have a follow up call with the cardiologist on Wednesday next week. I am determined to shift some weight now, but feeling really low. Has anyone else had this? Will losing weight help or have I buggered myself up now beyond repair?
I have 2 young kids and feeling quite panicky now.
