I know NICE guidelines are only a recommendation but does anyone know if the recommendations only apply to a hospital setting or if they should also apply to a GP practice? I'm having a row with the practice manager of my surgery who is trying to tell me the recommendations only apply to an emergency setting and not them and I'm wondering who is right as I can't see anywhere where it states that. Thank you.
