Just wondering if anyone else has had this? DP and I were cuddling on the sofa a few days ago and somehow her skin managed to get pinched between the sofa and my arm for a few seconds 
It was really sore at the time she says but over the last four days, a wee lump has formed on her bicep and she's said it feels like she's constantly being pinched. Anyone ever had this? Will it just go away by itself or does it need looked at as it's been there for over a couple of days now?
