Blue tinge to lips in morning?

They go normal after 10 mins or so, but quite often they look blue and are cold to the touch.DS is 16 mths.

dd2 had this too when she was younger, together with blue fingertips. It's called peripheral cyanosis (if you fancy a google - nothing scary will come up)
apparently it's completely normal and simply a result of slightly sluggish circulation.

No he isn't ill or anything, just every now and then i notice it, they look blue and when i feel, they are cold too.

Wasn't sure if i should go GP or not, or if it was normal-ish.
