Pyogenic Granuloma

So my daughter developed a suspected Pyogenic Granuloma on her arm several months ago which became infected, and also had the start of one just under the side of her bra, Anti-biotics given. I've had to take her again today to the drs as she has developed another one on the same arm, not infected to be given medication yet. Has anyone else had experience of recurrent Pyogenic Granuloma?? I'm worried as to why, and bless her they are scarring her.
