Has any got experience of using them as an alternative to NHS GP service? Dh has just had it included in company BUPA scheme.

My DH is just having to go through them for a referral for a minor op. So far he does not seem to have been getting on very well with the app.

I've also used it to get a referral to Bupa, and it was incredibly straightforward.

Log on, choose a time, and they call you. Amazing!

Yes we have it through work and use it for the whole family. Super easy to use and lots of appointments. I also like that they Skype so can see the doctor as opposed to NHS GPs who can’t see you.
