Random low blood sugar feeling

I keep getting a shakey, wobbley feeling like my blood sugar has gone low.

Any one any ideas why?

I have a really, really healthy diet as I have intolerances (everything is homemade ) and I can't eat sugar, honey etc because it triggers migraines. So I don't have big dietary sugar spikes/crashes. But my sugar plummets with no warning at the moment. It leaves me feeling quite ropey.

Anyone else?

When I had this it was because my sugar levels were actually high and when they dropped to normal it felt like a low. If that makes sense? Maybe check your sugar levels at the pharmacy?

Ah that's interesting! I will definitely look into getting it checked at the pharmacy, thank you for replying Smile x

@Impossiblecauses I think @handmademitlove might be spot on, I had a similar feeling and yes my sugar was borderline high.
