Weird rash - any ideas?

Weird rash on torso and back. It's no itchy and no other symptoms

Anyone any ideas what it is?

Have you done a lateral flow test? I’ve no idea what it is but I’d be doing a LF first and ring your GP after

Shingles?

Is it on one side only? Could be early shingles, but I'm not sure they look exactly like that.

GP is your best bet.

Sorry should have said LFT negative.

I thought shingles but it's both sides

Could it be an allergy?

Hi OP, that looks concerning and I agree you ought to ask your GP for input. How long have you had it? I came on to General Health to ask about my own weird spots, you beat me to it! Will try and upload pic. Mine are on my shoulders. Last couple of weeks they were on the right shoulder, and although they weren't painful they were just 'there' and couldn't be popped. Been feeling extremely run down and out of sorts, nothing I do helps me feel better (food, sleep, exercise) and LFTs are all negative. Been quite achey in shoulders but not like the shingles pain I had years ago. Then last couple of days my neck has been particularly achey and when I wake up my shoulders are achey too. Noticed a couple of days ago that the right shoulder spots are fading but got an ugly one on left shoulder now that looks red round the edge with a yellowy sort of rice krispie centre Again, won't be squeezed, painless in itself, but I feel like shit.
