Boob pain

Has anyone here experienced boob pain before.

I was experiencing pain in one of my boons all day. The pain comes and goes and it feels like a sharp, pulsating sensation. It's hard to describe. The pain is quick in nature. It comes and goes. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest for pain, I would put it at about a 4 or possibly a 5 when the pain comes in.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? I don't wear bras with wires. I hate underwired bras. My bras are more comfortable. I started my period last Thursday. It was a normal period.. My period is as good as gone now. It's usually about 3/4 days. There's no flow as such but the taper off at the end is longer because I am still staining some red on my underwear. Writing about the period in case it's cycle related.

It’s extremely common, especially if you are close to either side of your period or ovulation time. Or if you are peri menopausal (so roughly aged 40+).As well as hormone changes, general wear and tear over the years (poor fitting bras, exercising without appropriate support, big boobs) can cause this. If you are worried it’s a good idea to get checked by your GP, but generally pain doesn’t present in sinister cases, ie cancer. If you see other symptoms such as nipple discharge, discolouration or swelling of the breast get to the doctor quickly, otherwise it’s probably just good old fashioned, unexplained breast pain 🙃 evening primrose or starflower oil can help if it’s down to hormones, or getting fitted for a new bra if it’s a support issue 🙂

I went to see specialist as pain in my left breast started few months ago. It starts two weeks before my period and gets really worse .
I have been told to drink less tea.
I am positive it all started since i had covid vaccine. Never had any cycle related pains before.
