CBD oil recommendations?

Hi guys
Just wondering if anyone takes CBD, and if they do, what one do you take? I've picked an oil up from Holland & Barrett a week or so ago and it really didn't feel like it did much for me at all. Looking for something to help out with sleep and anxiety a bit, but don't know what brands I should be looking at?

There's a bunch of great brands out there, but personally I use Goodbody. Really great prices on their oils, and I find they work well for me. It's always worth shopping around, but I'd say these guys are a good place to start off with, they have loads of info on their website, and they even offer a free CBD swap right now if you want to try their oil.

I am looking into this for anxiety. Blessed seems to be the most popular. I would like to know if it actually works for anxiety. Do you actually notice a change in mood?

I take the CBD oil from TheDrugStore.com. It's really seriously helped with insomnia and anxiety I've been suffering from. I started with the 500 one but have recently got the stronger 1,000 bottle. It's completely tasteless and the dropper has measurements inscribed in the side so you can actually accurately measure your dosage.

I can only assume the one I tried had nothing in it as it didn’t do a thing. I won’t bother with it again.

One sample, bought at a high street pharmacy chain, had no CBD in it at all and was selling for well over £50. Only 38% of the products tested had levels of CBD within 10% of the amount advertised on the bottle

Lab tests from the Centre for Medicinal Cannabis (CMC) in June found that 62 per cent of the UK high street products studied didn’t contain the CBD content promised on the label. One product (retailing for £90) had no measurable amount of the non-toxic cannabis compound at all
