When do I need antibiotics for a stye?

Had a stye since Saturday. Went to a walk in centre on Sunday because my eye was so swollen. They told me it will go on its own.

It hurts so much that I am taking constant pain killers. When I wake up it's stuck together with green discharge.

Should I be seeing a doctor again as this doesn't seem right to me. Sad

Get chloramphenicol from a pharmacist

And bathe eye twice daily with bicarbonate of soda in warm boiled water

It sounds like you need OTC antibiotic cream from the chemist.

I would also suggest putting a flannel in some water in a bowl. Microwave. Then hold flannel against eye, as hot as you can bear, for 5-10 mins 3-4 times a day.
