Do they help you to sleep? Are they like Night Nurse?

I haven't tried those but I've tried most other cold medication! Can you get your hands on night nurse? That's what you need. Day nurse capsules to get you through the day.

Only have the Benylin night to hand! Or Nytol. Not sure which one will give me a better night’s sleep.
